I can tell you right now what he has to say will not sit right with you... and i can say that most people feel horrible about what happened to you... but when you say the police planted drugs ... it just seems unrealistic...

not calling you a lier but just saying....

needs to understand this trooper is tring to get me he is giving me random tickets and stuff like that for no reason and he swears the i am a drug dealer ever since he pulled me over once for speeding cuz my firends were getting jumped
anyway i do not do drugs at all any one can run my record im clean as a whistle except for speeding tickets and stuff

so i do not lend my car out to people nor do i drive people around for odd deliveries neither do i associate myself with people like that.
so if there is any drugs in my car that means that a my brother left it in my car or the tropper did. sure it can be me bein perinoid but its somehting that you have to see to beleave type of things you know

he searched my car up and down looking for weed and other drugs just because i have pebbles and grass and shit tlike that that you trail in when you park in a open parking space that doesnt have cement floor,

me and him argued the fact that since i have phillie strawberry blunts i must smoke weed when in all acutallity its not true,
i like the test of hte cigar in and on my lips and mouth.
when we went to court and i had my broken leg he was arrogent and told me stuff that he coulda told me inside.

and also as said before he orded a philly cop to take a dui test and i was forced to stop my mri scans and everything else to take blood.

also he went out his way to reading to speak to the passenger asking him stuff tring to incriment me.
so to me its liek type funny that all this is happening wit the same cop
im not one to pull a race card or any of that cuase
if your a ass hole your an ass hole so i acted like a sterotypical spic or "colord" then it would be very differnt but i dont act like that my mom beat enough sense into me to act right .
and as much as some of you may deny it there are un trustyworthy police officers in the usa

and where i live alot of officers are quilty of that and many more things
so you tell me if i am wrong of thingking or feeliing the way i am feeling ?
honestly i am not one to get offended atleast easily

im not saying the cop didnt... i have know some shady police officers.. not more than 3 but i know no one is a saint...

seeing as it might have been your brothers just seems more logical...

you kno if it was yours... and if it wasnt and the cop did actually plant it your going to have a hell of a time fighting it...

i duno man but you should try to keep the stress to a minimum since your still recovering

yea but the drama doesnt escape and im glad for the org cuz if not man i wouild be loosing hair and shit from all the stress.

it wasnt my brother cuz he doesnt mess wit that no more and for him to possiable have done that he would have to have left my site and no homo
he is like my nutts he always wit me.
so yea i have to start looking for a lawyer

So far every part of the Troopers actions that you mentioned sound like standard procedure for investigating a serious injury collision. Yes you are injured and yes you feel you have no fault in the situation but it still has to be investigated. Just imagine if you had hit someone or someone hit you. Wouldn't you want it investigated?

I've seen quite a few collisions, both low and high speed, the front end damge to the car condradicts this statement...

As far as the Trooper planting the drugs. I look at it this way, yes there are crooked cops out there. However, in a situation like this what would he have to gain from planting them? A drug charge, that's about it. Now what would he have to lose? His career and livelyhood. Cons far outweigh the pros for this one. As far as someone planting them to get you busted, I don't see that happening either. It's not too common that someone with enough drugs for an intent to sell charge would waste that amount of profit to screw someone over. I'm not saying it's you or your brother, but I'd seriously look at who was in your car or if your brother is back into drugs.

your statement is very true
about the wheel bearing lemme clear this up a bit

when we got to the gym the and i was leaving the gym the car was and did make a horriable noise from the wheel bearing it was going bad so thats how i no it was the wheel bearing i was planning on changin int he next week hopfully

now to me slow is the speed limit 55 is the speed limit i know i wasnt going faster then 65
cause it was late and i was seriously cutting down on the dumb ricer shit cuz i didnt want to lose my liecence. thats why i said i was driving slow some people consider different speeds slower then other i,e you and me possiably

now if i was going any fast then lets say 65 -70 then they prolly woulda cought me on camera and i would have some more tickets on my hands
and if i was going faster i think the damage woulda been worst i seen a crash test for the neon and i would love to know what speed it was done at because it almost looks like my car.

im not trin to be a skapegoat (not sayin you are sayin that ) its just i keep having night mares of the accident and just the fact that i cant remember makes me feel quilty as i do not have any answers for myself nor my brother.
i am waiting on the repports and stuff to see where they found the drugs if it was in the trunk
they where planted as no one has access to my trunk space with out my attention.
if it was in the front then it was my bro. and if it was in the back seat then i onno but ethier way it was planted by some one as i do not mess wit that stuff,

also the trooper in which i am talking about did stop me like 3 months before the accident cause i was speeding thats why i am not so up tight about it and try to give the benifit of the doubt but
the reason why i was speeding was cause i got a phone call about my friend being jumped and stuff by a gang that shot up my one friends block (all of its is over a girl) anyway so i hoped in my car and jetted i was speeding and i had enough time to dissappear if i wanted to but i stop and waiting like 3=5 minz for the trooper to show up as i saw him waiting in a ditch thing,
so it so happends that he was the first one on the scene of my accident and as i layed in my emt bed strecher thing and being loading into the bus he stops the emts and tell me you see you had to be speeding again or why where you speeding robert like wtf i onno maybe your right im just bein pernoid but at the same time im just tring to protect myself

As far as the drugs, neons are small cars. Anyone who has access to the front seat has access to the rear as well. Also, you can access the trunk through the fold down seats.

As for speeding to get to help your friends, trust me, I've heard just about every excuse for speeding. I'll put it this way, if you are speeding to get to help them and you crash and hurt yourself or someone else what good did that do for helping your friends? Why not just call the cops if that is what is going on?

that isnt a reall good reason either but its my reason,
also the they cant fold the seat with out me noticin them i dont let no one sit up front wit me unless its a girl or its jose,
and i dont get out car first ethier, i just dont trust people.

but i know it was wrong and its somehting that it shouldnt have had hapend but i go tstupided that time and then after that speeding ticket it hit me and i started driving better.
i ono i know these all seem like escuses and everthing but i was really tring to be a good friend that time and that was my fall
and i was tring to change my life before the accident. the accident sorta jump started it hehe
i see everything so much better now its nice when you have nothing but time to think and stuff
but still i am worried and theres days the bads overcomes the goods caused by this accident but se la vi u can only learn from a mistake right?>
