i was driving home from the gym a week ago and some shit hapend and i hit a bridge
im hoped up on pain meds so imma make this short and simple
i got a cracked fractured dented tibia sprained ankle i had my seat belt

yea man this sucks cuz now i might get sued
and i wasnt on my dads policy so they might not pay for the car and my brothers(actually my friend a minor)
so yea the cops are or were tring to stick me with criminal ccharges cuz i used to speed alot and shit and the trooper who was there cought me once before like a month or 2 ago so nothihgn working out guys. im tring so hard to keep my faith and change my ways but forces out there are far to great.
if i do get sued and or lose my liecence and or my car doesnt get paid i m going to give up im tring to stay positive and all but its not working. and the worst part of all this is my friend is the only guy i have ever been able to say i love you to no homo aside from my dad i love this little guy so much.
so now where do i go from here?

they ganna get me for the air bag on the passenger side bur it ddidnt work.

also they saying that i saved the boys life cause he didnt have his seat belt on and they saying i held him back in his chair so i donno im going crazy man.

I hope the best. Hopefully things change for the better. Try to keep faith, don't let the cops get you down with that crap. They have to prove it first. With luck the insurance will come through. I'm sure they have to cover your friend's medical expenses since he is not a family member. (legally speaking) I'm sure we will all be praying for you and your brother.

Hope you all come out of this alright. Can't believe the cops are pressuring you while on pain meds. I shattered my leg several months and was on some serious pain meds and I don't remember shit, but apparently I was funny...

The pain meds will mess with your emotions...violent mood swings from "I love you man" to "I wish I was dead"...just remember it is the pain meds messing with your head. Surround yourself with positive family and friends and you will come thru this just fine.

yea that was prolly a hard drive as i was one of the few neons out there with a full working computer in my car. i donno what hapend tho i just remember my wheel barring make a horriable noise and i remember driveing slow to make sure just in case you know

so then i remember getting on the high way and then my eyes fading into the scene of me helping my brother breath cuz he was choking on his blood smoke every where and then i keptd his head straight and then i faded out again. if only he had his seat belt on i had mines always on.

lets see man i hope insurence pays for it since i wasnt on the policy you know man i onno im worried for me and my dad.

oh yea my brother doing good but i think his family is going to try and sue. they making it seem like he is a victim and shit like tring make things look worst then it really was and shit. cause the did a mri and it came back ok then he started waking up and he doesnt remember the accident and he thought we was in august or something i onno but its cause he is on morphine since the accident and they kept him asleep since the 17th so its alot on my plate right now.

Don't know how much liability they can put on you if he wasn't wearing a seat belt. I'm sure they will try to play up the fact that the air bags weren't functional in court, but without the seatbelt they're useless anyways. Hopefully it doesn't come to that tho.

Its the drivers responsibility to ensure that all passengers who are required to have a seat belt on are strapped in before driving. That's why drivers get tickets when passengers don't have oneon during a traffic stop. At least here.

The airbag would've killed him instantly since he wasn't wearing a seatbelt, so it's kind of a blessing it didn't go off!
Either way it's a f#cked up situation, but all the BS will pass and you can move on.

there is alot going on right now. i have alot of horriable nightmares and it turns out that i relived the accident thru medition and it was the wheel that made the accident happend and i did actually die in the car wreck but i wasnt going out like that i remember steping out my body and as soon as i did that this beem of light came out the sky and i steped away from it and then i looked at the situation and got bak in the car thats why i guess i new that he was choking and i was smaking him to get it out and when i came to i was blind but still was smaking him i onno its werid
*** the insurence is tring to say that since my dad doesnt live with us the car is garaged at my house that my moms insurence is obligated to pay for the damages so i think they are tring to pull a fast one we will see on monday.
also if the insurence doesnt wanna pay for it will gap pay for the car then ?
