I move tomorrow packed the apt in 1 day. I've spent every evening and weekend working on a house over on loch raven. Its not fully done but the bedroom ready and theres a coat of paint done in the living room lol.

House was built in '52 or so. 3b 1 and 1/2 bath finished basement.

it had paneling in that was up up in '71. I ripped it all out to discover layer upon layer of wall paper it was about 1/8 of an inch thick. Haven't even stripped the dinning room completely yet.
It was a huge under taking and my time table was now I see un realistic without a lot of help.

Sat get installed Sun the DSL on or before June 4th.

I also have a new job

Director of Maintenance for a parking company in DC. Pays well work Mon thru Friday now. Very busy tho a lot of projects going on and to oversee.

I'm telling you, you should have kept up the 70's wood paneling, and put some wood grain trim around, maybe a disco light or two, some lava lamps, a bear rug, and played only Barry Manilow records and 8-tracks.

haha we are refinishing my basement and one of the rooms has that wood paneling and crappy carpet. We are keeping the paneling cause it's just a baby's room but the carpet is going out the door.

Have internet back have the bedroom done the bath room done living room is 90% done. Dining room has a pth thru it to the kitchen. pics to come once I find the cord to the camrea its in a box some where.
