alright so i mess around with guitar a little bit...
no real music theory background or anything like that.. self taught through tabs and by ear...
however now im trying to actually understand chord progression and scales and im trying to learn a little piano...
my problem is i cant find an explanation on e b g d A D tuning
and since i do not know notes and my little $15 korg tuner only does standerd im having a problem tuning to this...
so if some one could explain the notes e b g d A D or explain how you would go about tuning this that would be great
thanks

DMND #57 What your girlfriend is pregnant?

its basically just a drop D tuning
ur 6th string (thickest ) just gets lowered from an E to a D
and all the ones underneath stay the same
if ur korg has a bass setting just throw it on there and manually put it to the D note and tune
or just search on google for an online drop D tuner and just try and sound them out
good luck

Looks like you have it backwards, try the Drop-D tuning like Slaw said, DADGBEheyitsstock wrote:alright so i mess around with guitar a little bit...

Do your standard tuning, and then the 7th fret on the low E (D) should be the same note as the A string.
ASP - First NGC SOHC in the 13s and the 12s. First SOHC neon over 500whp. First NGC Neon on MS.
