There are people on this forum with highly modded nsrt's that can't run as fast as I ran mine stock.
Its a heavier car amongst other things.
I don't know why you don't understand the fact csrt4s do NOT run 13s stock. Specially at this elevation.
Shit even car n driver rated it at 14.6 and on average people get 14.4s
13.9 is with an intake and agood driver.
