How fast is it stock in the 1/4 mile?
One of the new guys at work has one and its bone stock. He told me he ran a 12.5 STOCK. I dont beleive him at all. High 13s maybe but not 12.5. He was also saying he was going to change out the coil overs for springs and i was thinking to myself.....did they come with coil overs, i dont think so.
Im pretty sure this guy is full of shit. What do you think?

As far as the supension, he is confused. The front struts look almost the same as a Neons, but the rear strut does look a little like a coil-over.

Rear strut installed with my lowering spring installed

He also told me he was gonna add a 100 shot of "NOS" to spool the turbo up faster.

I'll take his car in trade for my R/T before he does some serious damage!

The rear strut looks like a penis. A red-tipped penis:

That guy is amazing...
12.5 is what a good driver does in a Charger SRT8.
Who would want to change out coilovers for springs?
I would love to see that vehicle try and hold a 100 shot. And that turbo spools almost instantly. Anyway that will be one less Caliber on the road !

You don't think it could hold a 100 shot?
My fricken 04 SXT held a 100 shot!...

I think he lolled cause it's not gonna spool the turbo "quicker". It's still gonna spool in it's normal rpm range.

Nitrous does help larger turbos spool up... so he's not TOTALLY off... but the TD04s (not sure whats used on the CSRT-4) spool pretty quickly as is...

Calibers turbo is almost the size of a S3 turbo. It only hits 10psi stock...

Caliber SRTs have an S3 turbo from the factory so its larger, but not that much larger that it needs a 100 shot to spool. He is tard.

its not a S3R turbo, its actually smaller
S3R turbo = TD05HR-15GK2-10cm2
CSRT Turbo = TD04HL4S-20

.. thats a load right there..
14-15PSI stock.. thankyaverymuch.
and they run low 14s stock. Higher elevations are usually between 13.9-14.2
around my area... 14.4-14.6 is apparently normal.
if anyone is confused... you should be able to read my license plate frame. That should clean up the 1/4 mile time confusion lol
