I am all for seat belt usage, but I find it hypocritical that the gov't has the same people saying abortion is OK but you better wear your selt belt or else. Personally I think that helmet and seat belt laws for adults should be repealed, that is one way to control pollution of the gene pool.
were all four of your accidents the same? that's probably why two outcomes were different than the others.

I wear it all the time since I don't want a stupid ticket... but I don't believe it should be the law.
I believe the government is infringing upon my right to be happy flying through the air if I hit something. Does it hurt anybody else? Only if I land on them.
But I voted yes, it's always on for me and anybody in the front seats whenever the car is moving, unless it's moving it in the parking lot or something.

That's minus the drivers though, isn't it? Since you had that accident.

Totally with them. That's 100% how I am. I feel SO naked without it.

I do too, my SRT's belts are really comfy so there aint much reason to not wear em, other than the obvious trip out the windshield into the pavement.

Just because the seatbelt still functions doesn't mean that its integrity isn't compromised.

I've heard horror stories from older people about when seatbelts first came out. I know a guy who found a girl stuck in her car on the side of the highway back in the fifties or something. She was burned alive because the seatbelt wouldn't come off. He's most certainly scarred for life because of the experience.
But my car will not move unless everyone is bucked up.
