Just woke up from a nap after working this morning at 7am...

Now I have to help finish building the basement at home. I'm thinking about a pool table and a bar downstairs. And an entertainment system. :D

Bah we're just starting to put the walls and insulation together lol.

it really doesn't matter what you eat as long as what you do during the day burns off the calories. Even the "bad" fat doesn't matter. If I were you I'd concentrate on hardcore exercise first, and still eat what you like. Maybe lower the portions if you eat a lot at once, and just eat more often. If you can do that and still lose weight and get in shape, work it.

You are joking right?

That *gigantic* McDonalds dinner likely had enough calories for the entire day... all in one fell swoop.

Start by counting calories. Determine what level of caloric intake you need for your level of activity then adjust that intake to match whether you want to lose or gain. Generally speaking if you consume 500 less calories/day you will lose 1 pound/week.

As well... if you do not pay attention to what you are eating and consume a lot of empty calories and/or fat your body will by crying out for the nutrients it needs. One cannot simply ingest fat & carbohydrates over the long term and expect to be healthy... vitamins & minerals are essential and you get a healthy dose of those from fruits & vegetables.

just got myself a sweet pair of ray ban polarized aviators. never thought i'd spend more than 25 bucks on a pair of sunglasses but 60% off is really tempting. cost me about $80 with tax. it pays off to be friends with people from sunglass hut. :glasses2:

I can't remember the last time I spent less than $150 on sunglasses. Oakley m-frame non-folding 7 years ago, eye jackets 3 years ago, minutes 2 years ago then some minute II's right before Carlisle this year. And except the m-frames, which broke during a baseball game (someone sat on them while I was batting :( ), still got them all with no scratches except the eye jackets, which are scratched on the frame from sliding them into the motorcycle helmet. Good quality stuff.
