Your 2GN Username's Explained...

Post by 03sxt » Sun Aug 21, 2005 8:18 am

After browsing the boards this morning, I noticed myself paying more attention to everyone's name's and trying to figure out what some mean... I'm asking that everyone posts here and explain the meaning behind the username you picked for 2GN... Some will be obvious, like mine, but some of the other's could be interesting...

Thanks! :)

ilpadrino is italian for "the godfather." My other alias is "doubldown5." If you watch the movie Swingers, with Jon Favreau and a young Vince Vaughn, you'd understand why "doubledown" is so money.

my brother never called me by my real name, he always called me Raul for some reason. Even though I am not arabic or latino I have no idea what was going through his head but I kind of like it for some reason. (I don't know what was going through MY head when I used it for the forums.) 01 is the year of my car.
He drives an 89 Civic siR hatch with the b16 engine swap and alot of extras. I will post picts when he comes down to visit in November.

RopeRat is the nickname given to me by the State Fire/Rescue Area Coordinator after I became one of the state's Tactical Rescue Instructors.

The number 1 is from a group of denizens I taught and work with regularly.

A kernel panic is a message displayed by an operating system upon detecting an internal system error from which it cannot recover. Kernel panics often provide cryptic debugging information that is useful only to the developers of the operating system.
