i dont know much about srts but i wanted to know a little more information about this. obviously a red and blue button are missing. looks like a fuel and battery button, knight has on his car. he said it's for stage 2. on the description of this car it says nothing about being any stage or having a motor swap, thats all it says is sold as is.. blah blah with a description... so i am curious why these would be missing?[/img]

That center bezel is from a 2000-2002 with traction contro (hence the 'trac off' lable on the switch)... srt's didn't have this bezel(nor any 2003-2005). It must have been added a some point. And the holes on either side are not stock... sthey were likly drilled for some switches.

yes, i thought that was wierd, because a picture of my boyfriends new car doesn't have a trac control. I'll have to have my friend at adrian dodge run the vin and see whats up. I'm confused too lol.

The vin won't tell you anything. Someone added the bezel.

this is i'm going to assume at a little dealer in tampa, and it does say extended warranty available but it says before that as is. I am leary about it but it is clean looking. I think there is a gap between the hood and the front bumper... what do you guys think? I'm not an srt expert that is why i am asking, you guys would know more than i do. i pay attention to details and little things more than i should lol. And yes, i know its missing the fog light bezels.....

01 and 02 R/Ts had traction control, they fazed it out in 03+. the bezel in the first picture is of the traction bezel. mine was modded the same way when i got my 02R/T because the previous owner wired one switch to turn fogs on (without headlights on) and the other was for underglow neon lights (that i didnt know i had until a week later =p)

no SRTs came with traction control so that bezel is from another car.

Stock the SRT comes with a pocket there (where the two drill holes and traction control button is), and if you get Stage2 w/ Toys you get the Toys bezel which adds the high octane mode (fuel button) intercooler sprayers (blue button) and dial-a-boost (the dial in the middle)

the bumper/hood gap in the last picture is normal, SRTs have that gap, its annoying.

What's the asking price?
How many miles on it?
Any service records?

Also, do a CarFax report on it, as well, to make sure it hasn't been involved in an accident or had/has any title issues.

I'd steer clear. It's obviously previously modded, beaten and then put back together (sort of). Keep looking for something that is not swapped.

It's going to take longer but it's going to be better in the long run.

EDIT: check your "look out for me" thread. I updated it with what Midwest Tony can get for you and about the prices he will require.
