Im on the formula SAE team for oregon state university and was just wondering if any other neon drivers are in FSAE.

That looks like a pretty sweet car. We have a team at Kettering. I haven't gotten involved with it though.

Our cars have a 600cc kawi ninja engine, Making 87hp at 12k rpm, 0-60mph in 3.4sec.

In FSAE your limited to a 600cc engine, as well as a 21mm intake restrictor. If you chose to turbo or use E85 you have an even smaller restrictor. But intake/ plenum design and exhaust tuning all of that is fair game.
