Im sitting in the doctors bored as hell, so i figured i ask. What was your worst injury, most painful/most blood lost.
Mine was when i fed my thumb into a bandsaw. 23 sticthes, lost so much blood i could barely walk.

I split my head open when I was little. I was sitting on the car trailer and fell backwards and hit my head on one of the cross beams. Went to the ER, got 3 staples, and I still have the scar.
The docs said it was going to feel like three little beestings. BULLSHIT, those sumbitches hurt. If I wouldn't of been like 7 years old I probably would have said something like, "Beestings my ass"

Luckily I havent been injured badly, But i did bust the back of my head open at McDonalds. i was sitting on the railing they had covered by plastic tubing and i let go and leaned back for some reason, at the instant i leaned back the tube i was sitting on rolled back and i hit my head on the edge of a chair and my head smacked on the floor. I learned a lesson, never sit on rails unless their sturdy.... lol

damn, that must have hurt!
mines not that great, but the worst i have haha.....
I was in a tube(inflatable) in the water being pulled behind a boat, in a lake. we had 2 tubes behind the boat (not a good idea

) on individual ropes, and my friend was in the other tube....basically, my tube flipped onto his and his knee met my eye...when it hit, it pushed the bone above my eye and just below my eybrow, through the skin....lots of blood, but it didn't hurt much at all...
I didn't even know that my eyelid was kind of detached, until my friend was like "OMG your covered in blood!"
it only took 7 stitches and those didn't hurt either, all I felt was the needle when he numbed the skin...never felt the needle for the stitches really....but when they removed the stitches, the lady was kind of rushing, and that hurt a bit....because in the rushed process, the dumb b***h managed to rip every single stitch out, causing me to need 7 stitches again...

I got hit straight on the top of my head by a shotput. It was only thrown about 6 feet. Luckily it wasn't more.
I'm surprised I didn't get knocked out. I was dizzy for about 1/2hr and ended up with a minor skull fracture. Still have the bump and bald spot today.

hmm where to start...
-25 stiches in my head from getting pushed backwards onto a cinder block
- broke both my hands, one slammed in a car hood, one slammed under a car wheel
- smashed all my fingers in a car door thanks to my brother, smashed FLAT as a pancake, doctor was suprised i can still use my hand to this day
- took a 300lb stack of milk into my leg, hyper extended and completely cracked my knee cap in 1/2, have major trouble with it to this day (happened last year)
- 15 stiches in my lip from my one dog ripping my lip open..
- fell down the stairs, car rim came down behind me, onto my hand and made a 4 inch tall blood bubble on my index finger knuckle..
hmm think thats it for the major ones

Last day for seniors in high school. I was the producer for our news show, spent WEEKS preparing this final send off, and my teacher told me it wasn't going to show because of a blink 182 skit the track team did of running their underwear.
I was livid, so I punched a wall. The wall won. I completely shattered the bone in my hand below my pinky. Knocked my knuckles out of place, almost pierced a bone through the skin.
I walked into the office, showed the secretary my hand, and proceeded to drive myself to the hosipital a half hour away. The pain didn't set in until half way there.
2 surgeries, $3,000 in medical bills (out of my pocket, with insurance covering 80%) and the hilarity of graduation with a wrap over my hand, everything is well and a good story to tell. I never did get a cast... and damn knows I've never hit a wall since.

I had a bicycle accident where I broke the bolts that held the back axle of my BMX while pedaling. My right knee got stuck in the handle bars while my left leg got drug across the pavement. All this occurred before I flipped a couple times while slowly coming to a halt.
Skinned my left shin clean as well as my knuckles, had a huge cut in my right knee and was pretty bruised up.
Good thing I was near a bike shop. Got it fixed and the rode the 12 miles back home. Getting cleaned up was even more fun than the accident.
This wasn't my first bike accident nor was it my last, but was my worst. I have them frequently enough that my parents kept a special first aid kit for me.

this is why handicapped kids shouldn't be allowed to ride a bike.

I got the back of my knee hung up on the top of a chainlink fence that I was trying to climb over when I was a kid. It hurt like hell.

hmm where do i start; well i have put a piece of one inch angled steel through my left hand, that hurt dont remember how many stitches though.
i died twice when i had stevenjohnsons sydrome, full upper respritory collapse and break down of all my mucus membranes, which caused all of my skin to blister and bleed along with my eyes to be damaged with scarring.it was funny when i came out of my coma they would make me walk around the icu with my trach breather in and you could follow where i went by the trail of blood from my penis.it was so gross.the most pain i have ever been through, the wierdest part i think is when they kept me awake while they cut my throat open to install a airway, felt so fucking strange to have your throat cut open
um i broke my nose and put a rock through my eyelid when i fell out of the back of a truck at 35 mph,we were car surfing.it knocked me out and when i came to all i could see is blood every where.couldnt eat for almost three days cause i bit tounge nearly in half.
i could go on but that is about the most painfull

Hmmm the worst ones?
- Got a brand new bike for my 13th birthday. Toys R Us decided I didn't need the back brakes. I hit them going down an intensely steep hill. Flew over the handlebars to the bottom of the hill, landed on my chin. Broke my jaw, teeth went through my lower lip. Aftewards I needed plastic surgery to fix the scar on my chin, and a Tympanotomy Stapedectomy (ear surgery) because I was dizzy for a year straight. I also lost 60% of the hearing in my right ear due to my ear canal being punctured by my jaw bone.
- Overdosed on ASA (by a hospital) after a foot surgery to remove tumors on my nerves (Morton's nueromas). They killed me, brought me back and kept me in a coma for eight hours.
- Heart attack in December 2005, week before XMAS.
- Rear ended by a drunk driver. I was stopped he was going 50ish. I still have hip issues and need it resurfaced, but it screwed up six discs in my neck and back and herniated another one.
Worst pain I've ever been in/Scariest incident ever:
- After my third of four eye surgeries within a year my cornea of my right eye (my only functioning eye) dried out completely. Imagine someone setting your eye on fire and scraping at it with a razor blade. 8 Extra Strength Vicodin in 6 hours to stop it. I was totally blind...for five days. My cornea is still angry about this incident today.
There are plenty more...as I'm a medical disaster area, but those are the worst.

^^wow,a heart attack at your young age??? if you dont mind me asking what was the cause of it??

Since we're also talking about worst pain, I'd have to say the night I was taken to the hosipital for a believed heart attack is the worst thing I've had.
Doubled over, numb arms, felt like someone was stabbing and slashing at my chest, nearly in tears.... yea, that was the worst thing. The people at the ER just thought I was a coke head, x-rayed my chest, gave me a sedative, and sent me home.
They beleive I have Costochondritis. It happens randomly, makes it hard to breath, really sharp pains for no good reason. If I take ibuprofen within the first symptoms, I'm fine, otherwise it lasts a good 9 hours or until I pass out from the pain.
Good times.

Yes my left eye. I can see out of my right eye very well though (better than 20/10). A surgery fucked that up. They have no exact idea what caused the heart attack but I have heart disease which is believed to be a partial cause. I have ARVD, Arrythmogenic Right Ventricular Dysplasia. Im not the healthiest.
And shit Teej I'm shocked you survived the SJ syndrome...amazing. Did your skin return entirely to normal?

The worst 2 at the time happened during my RC days, I drilled about a 1/2 hole in my left hand while trying to drill a bulkhead mount in a CF chassis plate. I was turn marshaling the fastest corner of an unknow track, during a truggy heat somehow one of them(they weigh about 15lbs) lost it down the stright and clocked me in the side of my head.
The one I still feel today is I was getting a head out of the rafters in the garage, I was standing on the drivers seat of the Charger, I got the head and stepped down, I guess my left foot got caught under the seat because when I went to walk away I sort of fell twisted my knee 180 and that's about it. No surgery(yet) thankfuly.

my worste two were when i was about 10 or 11 i got a scooter for xmas from some church group and it had a recall on it for the tires failing in the cold well at the time i lived in north dakota and i was in the front yard whike my mom was talking to a friend and i was fucking around and some how turn the weel to far and it just ripped in half and a flew about 7 feet foward and crushed one side of me chest causing three rims to break and on to fracture.
then right after that when we moved to az i was paintball with my cousin's and i was in a standing on this branch that was broken off into a v shape so i had a foot on both points, well they weren't has strong has i thought and they broke so my pants got stuck to them in the front so when i did get down i thought i just scratched my inner legs by mr. johnson well turned out that when i dropped my pants i could see my mucles and my fatty tissue was falling out of my legs, i passed out. woke up in the hospital hook up to a bag of blood and a bag of clear shit( still don't know what is was) got 40 stiches on one leg and 57 on the other. could walk for 2 months because of how long the cut was and the possibility of them reopening.

I passed out in 6th grade and no one knew why. They thought I had a seizure. I was shipped out the hospital where my heart rate was NO LIE 243 bpm. They had to drug me to completely stop my heart for ten seconds while I was awake. It was the most painful and weird feeling ever. They hold you down cause your body pretty much freaks out. Anyways, I was shipped to another hospital where more tests were done such as ecg, ekg, tilt tests, treadmill tests, and an EP study where they stick a wire through my nose all the way down to my heart and shock it with electric currents. in the end i was diagnosed with a atrial flutter and have been on betapace ever since which slows my heart beat and keeps it in rhythm but i have no restrictions so that is good.

i have to go for a check up once a year and its scary every time im worried something will go wrong

Currently, I have 2 hydroceles that the doctor is real hesitant to remove. Just imagine going to sleep with an ice pack on your nads everynight. I thought I had pissed myself the other day but it was just the ice that melted
