Anyone else stuck on I-5 last night?

So I get off the train at about 10 last night, my usual time, and get into my car to head home only to find both on ramps to I-5 blocked by cones and what seemed like a hundred flashing red and blues. Now, I've just recently moved here to Washington and I'm still learning my way around, and knowing both of the only on ramps I knew were closed I had to call my boyfriend with the GPS to come to my rescue. Needless to say we found our way home eventually, although it took us about 45 minutes (my usual commute home is only 10) and we ended up having to take 84 to 205 to get around the mess. When we passed the scene there had to have been at least thirty cops there and a swat vehicle as well. So we finally get home around 11, and I pull into my apartment complex only to find some jackass parked in my spot (which is clearly marked for residents) so we put a sticker right over the drivers side of the windshield (those ones you have to take a razor blade to to get off

) and I left a nasty note, not being in a good mood already from the road trip home. I think they waited for me to go back up to my apartment before they left because shortly after I got upstairs my boyfriend said the car was finally moved. So I wake up this morning to find out there was a four car pile up caused by some moronic 61 year old woman who was speeding and suspected DUI rammed a car in front of her and caused a four car pile up closing every lane of I-5 until midnight. What a freakin night! I'm sorry this was so long, but I had to vent, because you don't mess with a tired, hungry, and PMSing woman! I really wish stupidity actually hurt, but I guess in this case it killed.

Short of the Drunkard, I-5 sucks on a regular basis. My commute is about 2 hours on a good day (roundtrip, to go roughly 60 miles) 4 hours on bad days...
I hate tuesday traffic...

Sorry I guess I should've specified which I-5 I was talking about lol

Man, this just isn't my week! I just got home from trying to take my boyfriends mom to work, but I didn't have much gas from the road trip home last night, so I go to get gas with my debit card and it keeps getting denied....SO, I go to the bank down the street where I deposited a check yesterday for two hundred dollars (which I've been waiting on for three months already), with very little gas still mind you, only to find out that the retarded teller

that took my check yesterday didn't send the deposit slip I filled out with it so I won't be able to use the money for at least another few days because of their mistake. I think I scared the guy at the bank cause I was so pissed. So I went from being broke, to having money, and back to being broke again all within twenty four hours.

I too was stuck in traffic the other day. Not fun at all. 2 lanes were closed for like nor eason at all. There were jsut cones setup. No workers or anything. Went 2.25 miles in 30 minutes. My left leg is killing me. Those are the times I wish I had an ATX.

That's why you have to either know the area, so you can take any exit and still get home, or get a gps with traffic info. It helps!

Driving in general sucked this weekend, with all the snow that hit Western Washington.

*sigh* no traffic issues to report here, just a little snow on the ground and -3 degrees this morning.
