How to make money...

So I'm looking to supplement my paycheck with some extra as I haven't gotten a raise in 2 years now and the cost of living is higher than it used to be. My thoughts so far are:

donating blood plasma (anyone know somewhere around Tinley Park, IL that'll give me cash?)

donating swimmers (Michael Phelps my boys are not, but they're not tainted by weed, so I may get a few bucks per session)

robbing banks ( I have been advised against this. apparently The Joker didn't paint an accurate portrayal)

Porn. Let's face it, not many people want to see a fat guy with a small penis in the kind of porn I would want to do

Anybody else have ideas? I don't really want to get a 2nd job since there are people out there a LOT more needy than I am who should get those, and I already "work" 50 hours a week right now, and would probably go postal within 2 months...

For real though, its a plus that you're not considering doing a pyramid scheme like so many people I know; that is a dead end road.

I've been donating plasma and it's not bad. I get 25$ per session.

I saw about donating spermies on Manswers and it's a long process to get added as a donor. You have to wait for so long for them to test the "donation" and they prefer folks with a college degree and other stuff but they pay like 300$ a load if you become a donor.

I didn't know that you could get money by donating plasma. I'll have to check into that.

Swimmers: Thats a personal moral thing. I know there is no financial obligation after you donate, but if you don't mind know that there are little Seans running around that you don't know about. Go for it.

Porn:

If there is a Jiffy Lube in your area, they are always hiring since it is such a high turnover job. You should be able to get an extra $50 - $60 a Saturday. Just be sure to adjust your normal witholdings so that you don't owe a bunch come tax time. You will be below the rate where federal tax comes out. There is a chart that helps you figure that out on tax form.

And fishnets? Have you seen my halloween pic? People would pay me to leave them alone! Hmm... not a bad idea.

bombtrack, how did you find your donation center that pays? I seem to find only actual donation centers, meaning they'll give you a cookie and a smile for donating.

It only takes an hour for me, twice a week. 50$ a week extra for 2 hours of my time. not bad in my opinion. I go to ZLB Plasma Services in Chattanooga. They have centers in several states and you can check them out at http://www.zlbplasma.com

They pay more if you weigh over 150 pounds because you can donate more at a time.

I collect and sell soda cans. I never buy bottles if I can help it. I got two bags of crushed aluminum in my garage I have to take in. I'm going to wait till I get 4 bags. I get $0.75 a pound. The most I've walked away with was about $45.

They will only pay you twice the amount if you show up in your fishnets

I sold plasma when I was in a financial bind back in '79. What they want is your immune cells so you will make yourself more succeptable to colds, the flu, etc. I wouldn't recommend it. Plus, you'll have lovely needle marks (mine are still there after 30 years). I got $8 twice a week back then.

Back in the late 80's, I used to dumpster dive for aluminum cans after bars would close. I used to get a nice pocket change return but it was a messy job and the bar patrons thought that I was homeless when they used to see my climb into the dumpsters.
