It's not my choice to be here honestly I was brought here with my parents when I was a small kid.

It just upsets me because I'm honestly just trying to live my life, I'm not a trouble maker or anything. So getting a license is out of the question.

If I was able to I would totally have no problem getting a license and It would be stupid if Im legal here and driving without one.. but I'm not.

It honestly makes me cry because now I'm afraid to drive my own car in fear of being pulled over because next time they will take it away..

Dont worry though, It does have insurance, theres no way we would drive without it!

and It's not like I think all cops are racist or anything.. Some cops are cool but cops like the one that pulled me over just wanted any reason to pull me over so he can find something wrong and still get away with giving me a ticket..

My dad has actually been pulled over in my mom's accord and the cop's excuse for pulling him over was because there has been recent thefts of accords lately.. which is Bs because there are waay too many accords, It's not like hes going to pull every single one over.. then he told my dad that the real reason was because one of his license plate lights was out..

So why not apply for citizenship? At least then you can get a licence. Yes it will have it's risks, but then look at what you are facing now.
I really don't wish you to be deported, as the conditions there are getting worse. Drug Cartel running a country is never a good thing.
If it is true that you were brought here at a young age, it may be in your favor. It wouldn't be much diferent than taking a natural born citizen and dumping them in a foreign country. Just because you can talk the talk, don't mean you can walk the walk.

At least try to do the right thing, and best of luck getting through it.

It sucks growing up as a kid not being able to do stuff that other kids were able to..

The thing that gets me by sometimes is that I'm lightskinned and since I speak perfect english I can pull it off as being white lol I actually had a discussion with my friends last night. My friend's cousin was like.. wait your mexican? I'm like... yeahh.. hes like.. what percent? He couldn't believe that there wasnt any white in me. Hes like.. wtf?!!?! lol

I started from the ground up.. Taking pre-school and now I'm in college just trying to get my education.

OK this is what i recommend that you do.

Go to Court and when the judge asked you why you don't have a Lic. tell him this

Judge : "why do you not have a Ca drivers Lic"

You : "i have no lic because i'm an illegal, but i am here to pay the fines"

Judge " What you did was wrong, but you are responsible and i Like that, many wouldn't even show up.

( the judge will give you some slack. )

pay the fine and off you go.

also if you are going to be driving please just drive when you need to. don't drive at night night.

and you more thing the most important thing. If you can buy a cheap car one that is if they take ift away won't matter.

Yeah, I'm going to show up in court I'm not sure if I'd claim that I'm illegal, my heart would be pounding and too afraid to hear of what he would say right after.

Well I usually just drive to work and school and some errands that need to be taken care of. If I ever hangout with friends I drive to their house which is 2 blocks away and then if we go anywhere I just jump in their car

The night that they stopped me, I was just going home from work.

Hard earned tax dollars? We work hard too.. and from what I've seen since I know a few people who are also illegal, we tend to pay extra for things we shouldn't because we cannot qualify for financial aid or anything. It's not like we can apply for food stamps or disability or anything like that because you can't just file for those without legally being here.

I don't see where we possibly take your hard earned money. If you think a 7 year old boy who has no idea that he is an illegal and is sitting in class, is wasting your tax dollars just because that seat could have been for some one else that isn't illegal?

You Don't Pay taxes in this country you have no say in the matters of this country. It's not about how hard you work it's about doing the RIGHT thing. You shouldn't be allowed to go to school or apply for financial aid because you are ILLEGALLY here.

Either Apply for citizenship and do the right thing or go back to your country and take your family with you. If I was the Judge and you came to the courthouse to pay the fine on a no license ticket and I find out you're illegal. I'd deport you.

and I really don't care if someone disagrees with me on this. Because if you break the law you deserve the punishment.

And this is why you are not a judge. Most judges in san diego County don't give a shit about if a person is illegal.

His case is just a simple moving violation. every case is different yes he did commit a crime. if he does get caught again which he will most likely it will turn into a misdemeanor. Again In Ca its not jail time. What all the courts really want is the mighty $$$$$$ out of everyone's ass.

Right there is why California is so screwed up.

I'm glad I moved and I don't have to deal with the government playing to the illegal population. People should be outraged that a judge doesn't care if someone is illegal or not.

Uhh, you live in Florida (like myself), people are always floating over to us from Cuba on 2x4's or inner tubes. As long as both their feet are on dry land when they get here their good.

My mom and her side of the family are from Cuba, however they took the LEGAL route over here. They already had a family member here to claim them and did all the paper work and everything. They did it all LEGALLY and they left so they could get away from Castro.

I know I live in Florida. But from what I've seen this is a Republican State and as much as I hate most things Republican I can agree with the sediment of Illegals aren't wanted here. Unlike when I lived in California and the government wanted to give illegals free college tuition and other things to win over the Hispanic vote.

Miami is a whole different animal. Most of Florida doesn't agree with the way that things are done in the Miami area.

So in CA if I get pulled over for speeding and my trunk is full of crack they cant do anything about the crack? Im liking CA

Is your dad illegal too? I understand that it's not your choice to be here, but maybe think of becoming a citizen and not breaking the laws? What did you tell the cop when he found out you don't have a license?

We all pay taxes I did mine. I just recently started so I only got 20 bucks out of it, so I literally paid to get them done but I still did them because I know how important they are. We didnt get here illegally. We got here legally and everything but we just overstayed our visit.. The reason was that my dad used to visit the US often so he was able to get a license back in the day.

Yes most illegals pay taxes even if minimal, but can't file for a refund, because they have no social # It is free $ for our government. Why do you think there hasn't been much done with this problem?
