Well BRR made a statement that was incorrect so I pointed out a reason it could not be correct. Sorry if this is unacceptable.

I went and see it Friday night, pretty good. Much better than the rest. BUt it did have some not so possible things....though that is what makes it fun to watch I suppose...

Some people think the not so possible things are with the car stunts, funny thing is if you watch the video I posted above it explains some of the 140 cars used to make this movie, like the Chevelle doing the wheelie, thats was actually real..........

I was gonna say Nitrous doesnt ignite and explode without the presence of a fuel such as gas. Ive never heard of "injecting" nitromethane into an engine like you would methanol and water. It'd blow up. You also cant run nitromethane on the street as it requires a very large amount to drive on and it also burns HOT. Our Cuda on Nitromethanol gets to 220 or so during ONE pass. It normally stays around 180 on just methanol. Also the wheelie with the F-Bomb Camaro couldnt happen.

that was a nice video on the cars in the movie. i like that truck they use in the beginning that i guess in the video they explain as all 4 rear wheels driving it.

The F-Bomb camaro wheelie, well it could always be possible since how many drag cars do you see actually lifting mid track? The real F-Bomb camaro aparently is a twin turbo 1500hp car, now getting traction in then dirt is one thing, but downshifting and pulling a wheelie like that...

Car definately can not get enough traction......

Well... BRR, yes the car was wrecked, but then again so was the car in the end of #1 and sure enough, it showed up in this one. So it's TOTALLY plausible he could have rebuilt it, right?

:withstupid:

You can rebuild the car, can't really rebuild Han. 4 does NOT happen after 3.

Saw it late last night. It was okay. Too many fake things, pretty much like Midnight Club: LA. Lets start to do a wheelie at like 90 MPH.

I think the reason alot of people hate these movies is because they go in expecting it to be realistic.

I mean its 2009, come on. Would be nice if it was a little more realistic and less off-road racing. I enjoyed it for what it is. Being a car movie and all.

Okay first of all I resent the fart can and stickers comments yeah I went straight from the auto-x to the movies and had a great time explaining to the ricers about it having an SRT-12 with a stage 6 kit and the tires in the back seat are to keep the rear wheels from lifting. I am a little miffed that its just a shitty action movie without Bruce Willis at this point, I dont give a fuck who Brerra is I want to see some damn racing.

If the newest installment was supposed to occur between 2F2F and Tokyo Drift, (which would place it approximately 3-4 years ago, how does an '09 Subaru WRX appear huh? huh?

I saw it, I loved it for what it is, a fun movie about cars.

Must of been a mad JDM prototype that got impounded in MExico.

I saw it opening day, at noon, in Palm Desert. As in, the only people there were older, and the theatre wasn't really busy. There were a few younger guys in their twenties, but it was relatively quiet as school was still in session.

It was all right.

I am not quite sure what you said... but the chronological order for the movies is 1,2,4,3. What are you asking about the Dominican republic?
