I bought a new battery, starter cables, grounding cables, and firewall grommets so i can fininsh the boost/vac lines and get the car started on its own.

Steam cleaned my carpets and seats. Yesterday I flat blacked my coolant overflow bottle, cap, and redid my PS cap as well. Looks ballin.

Drove it around down getting stuff down... in the past week I have put on 250 miles just driving around town.

It is working great since all the head gasket job... no longer any faint coolant smell. Now I'm noticing the coolant smell from other vehicles I walk by in parking lots.

Seems I have a coolant sensitive nose. lolz

Drove to south Phoenix to find out the wheels I was gonna trade someone for my SRTs, were shit. Nasty gash along the side of one.

Aww well. Hit up a junkyard on the way back, and found out all the Neons had been picked clean! Of course!

Came home empty handed.
Sad day.

Went over the 3K mark for an oil change.

Pre-Carlisle service appointment is on the 25th. I've had this week off and hadn't had the car out of the garage since Sunday, purposefully trying to keep the mileage down. Work starts back up on Sunday so I'm kid of ticked at myself for setting the appointment up this late in the month.
