This guy is innocent until proven guilty. Don't convict him yet.
I can't tell you how many times I've been driving along, minding my own business, and the baby next to me decides he wants to make a move for the window.

That's why they have child proof windows. So when you crack the window for your baby to stick his head out during long rides, he doesn't fall out. Maybe his baby proof windows weren't working?
