So, I am trying so very hard to have my Neon ready for Carlisle, yet as of right now, there's no engine in my engine bay, and the 2.4L thats going into it, is in a million peices on the workbench. Additionally, I need to find out how to repin a 1995 wiring harness for 2.4L status. Parts are still "backordered" from the dealer, and I don't know if I'm gonna make it or not. AHHHHHHH the stress! So far, I have this....

I got my SRT block built in like 1/2 a day its not that bad. You dont have a half way decent stratus water pump by chance do you?

I am not doubting it can't be done. I am doubting, whether all my special order parts will be here on time. Dealer had to search the

"Dealer Connect"

for a few of the parts. What that is, is it lets them search the inventory of all the dealerships across the USA, and if they have it, he can send a inquiry, and then the dealers have an OPTION whether to respond/ship the item. This was only for items that Chrysler's warehouse in Cleveland did not have on hand.

Nah. Just doing an N/A compression build. Maybe someday...and if i do, all I gotta do, is swap pistons/rods. Maybe just pistons, if I can find a set of SRT rods someplace...

Ugh....too late now. My order's already placed / most of the stuff has come in, at my dealer. Just about everything I ordered, was the SRT version.
