If N. Korea is not careful a back room deal could be made and China might leave the back door open. That would suck for N. Korea considering its motor boat mouth is writing checks it thinks China will cash.

Oh lord. They've made a threat. Big deal. Their shit is weak. Yes, they may have the potential to harm us and others, but not wipe us off the map. Western powers could obliterate N. Korea. You don't retaliate against a threat. You retaliate against an attack.
