posting pics

don't know if this is the right place to post this but i will try and if i'm wrong hopefully someone can help me out. i am fairly new here and was wondering how to post pics in a forum and in my username. I remember seeing something about it when i first joined but haven't been able to find that post again. Any help on this subject would be great and is appreciated in advance.
