I have had that before as well. But with an older car, so I drove it.

Are you sure it wasn't siphoned? There is a chance.

If you are really worried about it, put some water remover in the tank, and after you burn off a whole tank thrown some fuel line cleaner in.

I don't know what else you could do without having to pull the tank, and flush the lines with some new gas.
