Well that's fine hotel would be good.

Two of my roommates and a friend have some semi-professional equipment. Carboys, Kettles, wort chillers, ect. So far, I've heard the most critical part is quickly chilling the kettle with the wort chiller.

The beers they've made so far have been great. One of them has kegging equipment as well. Its a toss up though if you like it kegged rather than bottle fermented.

I absolutely love craft beers though. Once I stop moving every three months I'm going to start brewing my own.

I currently have a bock in the fermenter. Just started it on Sunday, so I've got about 4.5 weeks left.
