But he's not introducing himself? He's been here for a while now. As much as I would love to say 'IBTL!' I don't see why we should lock it. I've seen many a random thread in this section that we've let pass (drunk thread making anyone?). Why is this any different?

I am with you smileytyskates....I think then we should have a by the commie mods system they like to run a "off topic, stupid thread" section so we who want to just make a random dumn post or thread to be able too...well i'm gonna say Hey man..my day was great and hope yours was too.

(and i'm gonna post in any future thread that was like yours "usless, and should be locked" just to piss mods and others off cause...well I can lol)

So we have to just use one thread? just cause? why don't the mods delete old ( i mean old) threads and we wont' have an overload of threads so people can do other things like just a random "how's your day going thread"? not trying to be a dick...just wanting to know why some things are locked and others aren't?

I have tried to find shit to find an answer and didnt find it...then posted something and havent gotten help so fuck it from this point on...the search feature is for you "experienced guys" and I will just post and if it gets locked...i will just reword it till i get what i want....or banned..then i will know who thinks it's "just the internet" and who's so pathetic and needs to have their power over others who are just "using the net" to pass time and learn a little.

Well the "random topic thread" is like the "person above you thread" you dont want to start more than one.. and thats where his 2 topics were going really (to a random thread topic).. If he wanted an explanation, he should have looked at who locked his first thread and sent that person a PM.

Im not mad or anything, i see that everyone needs an opinion and everything.. but we really shouldn't overload the off topic so much.. Mods are moving threads, checking in on each one all the time, and having to decide if its lockable or not and if it could make a turn for the worse.

exactly...so why take it so serious and enforce the rules?

If you take on a job/task and get or dont get paid then do it to the full requirements...thats all i'm saying...and for me...I am new and trying to follow the rules and guidlines and will be quit a while to learn...so why not cut some slack to someone by saying that isn't what your suppose to do for next time? but i'm done....dont' care no more...cause it is "just the internet" right?
