lol thanks guys oh and by the way tat would be only 2 percent of 7 bolt's this one has a 91 6 bolt with 2gn(94-99) cams, they have bigger lifts and for longer durations.
evo 9 16g turbo aftermarket bov and hard pipes
short shifter
booger bushing
rebuilt 45 miles ago( wasn't time correctly)
so all in all i did a tint job a brake job and 800 cash to get her ass
power windows
locks moon roof
not to shabby.
so i was thinking i should leave the dumo pipe on becaues the stock dump pipe goes backinto the exhaust but this one goes to the floor. yay or nay

Not bad. There is a 93 here with a bad trans...and they say "make offer" . . . Dude said I could probly take it for $200.

I'm tempted after seeing how clean yours is. I'm excited for progress.

I got my start with Turbo 4's in the DSM world.

I'd never go back though. The number of issues I had with my '96 GSX make me shudder when I even think about DSM's.

Car was amazing on the track though.

I had a gsx. Great car until crank walk happened so I just gave up on it. Now I'm thinking about picking up a 95/6 talon tsi awd also. Runs perfect only selling it for 1k but I'm not sure if I want it

if the maitance is taking car of whe you get it and i mean taken car of the car should be fine. these cars requrie the maintance to be done on time every time no if about it lol. yeah just picked up the book today to time it waiting on my neighbor to get here to help me. first time timing a car. but the undercarriage is amazing dirty but amzing. almost no rust what so ever. and i will take better pics of it here in a bit.

plans for it are:
better cams
port and polish
built bottom end
acct clutch(if it doesn't already have a good one)
new lugz and bolts
big brake kit( possibly brembo evos or stp tech depends on price)
tint-5% all around
meth injection
up the boost to about 20 from the 15 it has now.
fuel pump and injectors(thinking 750cc)
all in all i am wanting to get about 350 to 400 hp out of her and still be a dialy
so any one who has any advise fo her shoot them this way!!!!

No amount of maintenance would of stopped my '96 from blowing up. I had the motor torn apart almost every other month. It was a car built for the track, but it still had more gremlins and demons than any other car I've built for road racing.

transaxle Gears blew up, Transfer cases locked up, differentials grenaded, Belts snapped, Rods bent, valves mangled, cam shafts snapped, etc etc

I loved the car, but I still wouldn't own a DSM again.

I also had a 1992 Talon. All black with a grey interior. It was a looker but what a pile of dookie. It cost me so much money to fix it. Yes, the tranny went like the rest of them, a bunch of exhaust issues and lots of other little things. It was a turd. I owned it 10 months and got to drive it like 8 of those months. I traded my Shelby Charger for that car. What a dumb ass mistake that was. But I traded that Talon for the Neon I had before this one so it came full circle.

well in the first day of haveing the car got it time sounds awsome and huals some ass. then found i had a dry rotted radiator and my alternator is shot.
so for me to get those all fixed it will cost me 65 bucks and that is with the powers steering pump and belt. but man oh man it's quick as hell.
