Dammit. Is it possible to sign up at srt with multiple accounts. If so, think he did that?

Yes you can do it... But if you sign up for 3 under the same ISP within an amount of time.. you can't post or vote until your "approved"

Same ISP or same IP? Cuz my IP changes everytime I restart my router. Maybe he did something like this?

Don't know but on the last day I registered and voted, then did it again but i was blocked the 2nd time..
