I went to Dallas in 2008 for a Business trip, They put us in a high rise hotel in downtown Dallas where everything around it closed around 5pm. The only things open were ghetto liquor stores and an Irish Pub a few blocks away. I got tickets for a Dallas Stars game down there. We decided to take the Trolley/Train to American Airlines Arena. They made us switch trains in the middle of the ghetto. When I say ghetto I was being looked up and down by people who looked like they wanted to prison fuck me. It was like the Yard at San Quinton. Dallas was by far the most BLAH city I've ever went to. I hadn't been that bored on a Business trip ever. Minneapolis was more fun and had better "scenery."

Finally home. 4 days, 2K miles, lots of booze, a hot tub, and an incredible football game later... I'm exhausted. I want nothing more than to lie here on the couch and watch the Saints/ 49ers game and go to sleep.

Saw the last 4 minutes or so of that game. Was really good and I am not really into football either.

I saw an immaculate 01/02 Silver R/T going the opposite direction on the interstate, was so clean and bone stock. Looked like a hot woman was driving it too.

I actually thought about this once and then proceeded to find out. The waitress continued to grate the cheese for quite sometime. My watch demonstrated that it was about 2 minutes. At this point she began to get impatient and said "Sir, is that enough?" I then responded: I don't recall telling you to stop."

She gave me the nastiest look and actually proceeded to grate the cheese further. Another 30 seconds passed and she stopped and said "Sir, I'm going to go get the manager."

The manager came over and asked me if there was a problem. I responded "Yes, I prefer to eat my meals with a lot of grated cheese. Your server told me to stop her when I was satisfied, I was not satisfied, therefore I did not tell her to stop. She then became irritated and impatient."

He then said "Sir, we do have a limit on the amount of cheese customers may have grated onto their meal by the server."

"Bullshit." I replied. I don't see that stated anywhere on your menus, or other ads, nor was I informed of this before your server proceeded to grate my cheese.

The manager then became impatient and said "Sir, I'm sorry, those are the rules."

I then stood up, made a scene like a lunatic about cheese grating.

The manager then told me "Sir, I'm going to have to ask you to leave."

"Fuck you, do you secretly have a limit on your soup, salad and breaksticks too asshole? False advertising mother fucker, amirite?

The entire room started clapping. The manager huffed and puffed while the waitress dialed 911. When the police arrived, I informed them of my position. The officer then spoke with the manager. The police officer told me that it was best if I left, but that he understood my frustration and told me it was in my best interest to not return to this particular Olive Garden again if I couldn't accept their policy.

As I left, I turned towards the manager and server and said "I'll be back you cocksuckers, start submitting resumes bitches, you're about to become unemployed."

I filed a claim in court against The Olive Garden, setting precedent regarding false advertising. The court ruled in my favor that the OG failed to inform me that the grating of the cheese had a limitation.

I was awarded 420,844,298,240,293,437,239 dollars, then bought that specific restaurant, fired the entire staff, and then leveled the building. A new building was erected, which now caters to the gay community, selling sex toys, including, but not limited to, cock rings, penis pumps, and gaping anal inserts.

A free gift is now given with every order over 25 dollars, a cheese grater.

I understand how scissors can beat paper, and I get how a rock can beat scissors, but there's no fucking way paper can beat rock. Is paper supposed to magically wrap around the rock and leave it immobile? Why the hell can't paper do this to scissors? Screw scissors, why can't paper do this to people? Why aren't sheets of college ruled notebook paper constantly suffocating students as they take notes in class? I’ll tell you why, because paper can't beat anybody. A rock would tear that shit up in 2 seconds. When I play rock paper scissors, I always choose rock. then when s omebody claims to have beaten me with their paper I can punch them in the face with my already clenched fist and say, oh shit I’m sorry, I thought paper would protect you, you asshole.

Just to vent

Post by g_force58 » Wed Sep 22, 2010 11:37 pm

My 14yr old son was suspended from school this week for bad behavior. The kid has the mentallity of a child 2-3.5 yrs old. And he has bad behavior? Sure he can be a handful at times because he is headstrong, that's what has gotten him this far! He tries, and with with the complications that come with things he is lucky to be here at all. He has cerebal palsy, was born at 7 months to the day, had a brain bleed when born, has mental retardation, chronic lung disease, couldn't start school until the age of 3. He literally died 5 times after birth, but he is a fighter and they brought him back. Sure he can have bad behavior and it's expected, but isn't that why special needs classes are there to help deal with these types of problems? I have seen other kids in his class of 6 people do worse than turn a desk over, but he does it and he is suspended. I will fight the school system on this. He has rights the same as anyone. He is my kid and won't let idiots do this to him.

School systems are so screwed up in that regards.

I've know of kids that have flipped desks and thrown chairs, but the school system doesn't do the right thing and force the parents to get the kid help. These kids have anger issues and risk hurting other kids.

Ok Frank, how much experience do you have with special needs kids? I come in to vent and you insult me with your uninformed remarks. Thanks for the supprot. FYI this is the First time he has ever done anything like this. Teacher quote, "he stood up, gripped the desk, and turned it over." no throwing the desk, no move toward another student, nothing. If you lived with him day to day you would find him to be loving, helpful, and kind. Ok I have had my say. But it's prejudice such as this that makes society a living hell for these kids. It's bad enough they have challenges "normal" kids don't have, but uninformed adults have to come down on them too.

I'm sorry it came off that way, but it's not what I meant at all.

Schools need to have more support for special needs children.

The children I mentioned have actual problems but the schools don't force the issue with the parents so nothing happens to help the child with their problems.

Once specific example in my mind just started therapy sessions at the end of a school year when he should have been in it since the beginning of the year.

Ok so I over reacted and shot my mouth off. I am so tired of the school systems, and the public at large trying to tell me my child needs to be put away. He is not dangerous! He simply thinks differently than other kids. Frank, I am very passionate about this subject and spoke out of turn, I am sorry for my remarks. I see now that you were being supportive, and I feel like an ass. At this point I am seeing nothing but red and should not have answered in the way I did. That is not an excuse for what I said, just a fact. Please accept my apology. My son is getting help but sadly he may never surpass the emotional age of 4-5 yrs. If the school system wants him out of school let em do it. They have broken several federal laws thus far, confirmed by state funded special needs groups. I will take it to court. Two of those laws being no aides on the school bus, no camera's in the classroom and several others. Again, I am sorry Frank.

It no problem. I can't begin to imagine the difficulty and frustration you have with getting people to understand.

There needs to be more support to help children with physical and emotional problems. They shouldn't just be pushed through the system, there should be specialists to engage these children rather than have them be, for lack of a better phrase, a bump on a log and that understand what a disease actually does to a person.

The unfortunate thing is there is never enough money for an ideal world.

Thank you Frank for being so gracious. Most people don't understand how difficult it is to deal with. I have been getting help for him over the last 4 yrs or more. I am tired of the predudice and the remarks as i walk by people with him. I know he he is not perfect, but he my kid and I will defend him to my dying breath. I realised to late that you were trying to be supportive and again, I am sorry.

I honestly have the highest regards for parents who have children born with bad illnesses or other mental problems.

I don't know how you do it.
