SO FML. Today I wasn't paying attention in my colleges parking lot and hit my girlfriends front bumper on her 01 toyota camry on another car. (of course not even a scratch on the other vehicle) . I'm 23 now and have had my license since 16 and have never had an accident be my fault til now. Jeesh, I guess that asians were not meant to drive asian cars. I did it backing out and when I swung the car out I did not clear the driver front end. (stupidity by me for not paying attention. I'll post a picture in the morning. but in this case I am going to consider myself an epic fail :banghead: . sooo heres to more debt and oweing my girlfriend a new front bumper. Any one got an idea how much it'll prob run me or the ways to go about it? any ways i can cut corners? later guys.

Texting on 2gn, while backing out = taking one for the team.

Just don't ever let her find out.

Seriously tho, that sucks.

Depending on how bad the bumper is damaged, they may be able to repair it for less than a new one/paint.

A new bumper for an 01 camry is $50 from certifit. They are the highest quality, but they get the job done.

You would be surprised what they can do with plastic bumpers.

depends on how bad you hit.

True, but if it's in the parking lot it shouldn't be bad at all.

I got hit on I-66 in VA last year and even the estimator didn't think they would be able to get the creases out of the rear bumper cover. They ended up getting it all done with plastic repair rather than replacing the rear bumper cover.

You'd have to pick it up at one of their locations. That looks like your going to need a new bumper to me.

Just go grab one off a car in the junk yard. it will probably cost you like $40 and if your lucky it will already be colour matched

I can take a trip over there if need be, just have to get it to you afterwards.

Certifit does ship, but shipping almost kills the good price.

If there's no certifit near you, junkyards are your friend.
