I'm with Frank, Manny is a really cool guy. He asked for help and advice. He didn't ask for some pricks that have nothing better to do than troll the site and bash people for making mistakes.

No one in here is bashing Manny. He asked for advice, and we're discussing his previous issues with his vehicles. His history has not been good so far, and that is a crucial part of it, especially when you've got a serious ticket like this one.

You got yourself into this, I doubt going to court will help you any (I've fought a lot of tickets and have only "won" one of them) so you should pay the fine, see if you can get traffic school (except that it's more money) if you can (around here you cannot take the school if you have a ticket within 12 months, I think) and most of all... get yourself a real fucking job man! You pay your insurance and gas and are cashed out? Go work at McDonalds or something man...

Oh... and how can you not afford the ticket (or insurance) if you just paid off your CC's? Did you close the accounts? If not, you should have an available balance, and should be able to pay those on there!

Sean has some good points in here, even if he is a little harsh.
'Diplomatically speaking'....I agree with him, that if paying for the ticket is going to cause you to miss or skip an insurance payment, then DON'T drive for a while, until you get caught up.

The local police blotter where I live up here is FULL of people who get caught driving without insurance, and then it will get WAY more Expen$ive for you, as Sean said.....

If you can't afford insurance on your vehicle you shouldn't:

A. Modify it
B. Speed
