ok so i called the police to come down and check out the car today. they came down looked at my car filed a report. i didnt get upset or even tell him about my past runins with the lady, but i did tell him that i have witnesses that have seen her doin it, so he went and talked to her and said he would come up and let me know what the situation was. but after about 45 minutes i noticed his car was gone and i hadnt heard back from him. so i called the station and they told me he was on patrol but she would have him contact me as soon as possible...

so now i guess i just wait...

manda accidentally left her car unlocked and someone went thru it last night, tossed everything out of the glovebox and center console, left a old thing of alexaviers medicine on the trunk. they prolly didnt take anything cuz there wasnt anything really in there, and we cant do anything because the door was unlocked.

ok so check this out, its not about the cunt downstairs this time although i have had more run ins with her...

my buddies 21 bday was yesterday so we went downtown to the casino and the river front landing in st. louis, lots of badass bars and what not. went into the casino for about 2 hours when i came out my hood was FUCKING CRUSHED!!!!

looks like someone just ran up and planted there ass right in the middle of it, such bullshit pretty much ruined my night.

so thats my rant for this episode of IM PISSED!!!

on the plus side this may allow me to get a SRT hood

So you have full coverage insurance? If you can take video, and pics of her denting your door, turn it into your insurance, and let them subrogate the cost against her. (If giving the police evidence doesn't help)

Even if they cite her, it still will not help get any $ out of her, you would have to take her to court, and hire a collection agency to hound her. Just because a court orders someone to pay, doesn't mean they will. It still comes to rest on you to collect. Sad, but true.

If you have full coverage, you might have to pay the deductible intially, but the insurance might get that back out of her for you.

It never hurts to try a different route.

Shit man, sounds like the one day I came out to my car and saw the roof caved in. Someone ran up the hood of my car, and onto the roof and caved it in. I had to go to work, so I just pushed it out from the inside and went on my way. It dosen't look horrible from far away, just looks like shit up close.

i had some luck, i won about 80 bux in the casino...

as for the car, i dont have full coverage, i couldnt afford it when i 1st got the car but its comin. and yeah i guess st louis just aint a neon town.

i popped it out some more so it looks a lil better but, im gonna need a new hood
