Will an SRT-4 hood fit inside the car? i.e., if I had to go pick one up with my Neon...
Buddy's got an aftermarket hood on his SRT-4 and is hooking me up with his stock SRT-4 hood.
Thanks!

Take your hood off then bolt the SRT4 one on? If you can legally drive without a hood that is...

YES it will fit in the backseat with the rear window down abit, other than that crystal knows sneakier ways, she is the queen of stuffing a neon full of parts

dunno about SRT-4 hood but i had a normal 2nd gen hood in my trunk this weekend. hope you don't have a sub in your trunk
What i did was fold down the rear seats and slide it in from the trunk. you have to wiggle and twist it a bit in order to get the points from where the hood 'connects' to the front window and fender inside the trunk, but it'll fit

OMG such a fail thread.
Fold your back seats down.
Flip hood upside down, and turn it sideways.
Slide into car. It lays flat.
I've carried two SRT hood and a regular Neon hood @ the same time. Then Ryan drove one home in his Neon. They fit without doing anything but putting your seats down and not having a packed trunk (I had stuff in the trunk, just not lots).
el. oh. el.

lol well I don't necessarily have a spare hood to test it out, to see if it fits.
And I've been away in Afghanistan the past 6 months, fighting for your freedom to drive that thing you call a Honda.

Yes, as Adam says it fits! Just make sure to bring plenty of towels to wrap it in because I now have 2 nifty scratches in it from it being wedged in his car. It's getting repainted anyway.

rofl thanks man. I really appreciate it. when it comes to "actually having done shit" in the military, I'm glad I chose the Marines
But man... I thought I was going to die in Marjah. Helo-inserted into the middle of the city... the first few weeks were fucking brutal.
