Need a little help with my webpage

I use DreamWeaver to make it and use a company to host it. I have some videos I would like to put on my website so people can either a)view them on a page or b)just be able to download it to there computer. I would like to know if some people here could help me figure out to do that? Thanks!

How I do id I'll up load the video to my host's server, then copy the filename from the flder on the server and put it behind the website's adress, hit enter, and see if it streams. If it does, just copy the link into your webpage and then put it in your video page. Right click, Save as.
