For polls such as these, I feel the need to make my own choice when I select "other." My vote goes to getting the fuck out and not wasting threads / bandwidth.

Cut it in half in the middle...took a little over 2" off the middle. Then I molded it back together so it was one piece again.

EDIT:

Also, it needs to be shaped with a heat gun or something. Mine wasn't because it was riveted to the bumper, then filled in, etc... so it was "molded" if you will.

No. Just take your time. It can be done without molding and shit, but I just went a little further so it looked right. I hate seeing lips bolted on and shit.

Exactly. I didn't "mold" it. I "bolted" it on if you will, with little rivets...then filled them in with some filler so you couldn't see them. Then it still looked like a bolted-on lip, but not bolts. Look closer and you can tell.

The reservoir is right next to the Flux Capacitor. Yes, I had to go there.

damn Adam. After reading your mod list I feel pretty involved in that car! bumper/(ex) lip, red tails, seats, mirrors, sidemarkers..

I don't know what year neon you have but I just cut this to fit and tossed it on real quick after riveting it together in the middle using a BIG fender washer with two holes drilled in it to give support for the rivets. This didn't take long at all.
