After changing all those did you reset the PCM?
Have you tried swapping PCM's?
Which plugs did you use? Are they gapped correctly and installed correct?

Check the connector at the coil pack to make sure it is fully clipped in. This can cause multiple cylinder misfire codes.
multiple missfires

You didn't say if the engine was a SOHC or DOHC. I had the same problem with my 1999 Neon Sport every time there was a problem with the EGR system,,,,,,,which was constantly. The 99 was a DOHC. Never did get it to straighten up and the cel was on for that when I sold it.

fixed, injector was clogged up with brown stuff, apparently erick pooped in my injector and he forgot to tell me. (i texted him and thats what he said lol)
next problem.
Im boiling the coolant in my car, i cant get pressure to build up in the hose for my radiator and I can tell theres coolant in the hoses and stuff because its boiling. but every time i fill the hose up and stuff it just goes "flat" again, i drive it around, the car doesnt overheat, but the hoses will not build pressure. I can pinch them together.

no pressure probably means your rad cap is bad, how much fluid is in the overflow?

it keeps going to none, ill fill it up and it just goes down again, its prolly not the headgasket as its been replaced at 120-140 i think, he blew the timing belt and had it professionally redone.

While it can't be 100% ruled out, I doubt it, or all of it is getting into the cylinders. With that much volume disappearing, it would hydro lock on start up, or at least smoke like hell. I would begin with replacing the cap. You could try removing the coolant sensor from the head, and fill it 'till it runs out the hole, and screw it back in. At least you know most of the air is out of the system that way. If it still won't build pressure, and sucks it down after shut down, put a garden hose in the overflow. You are going to find where it's going one way or another.
A better way is to get a radiator pressure tester, and try to find if the system is holding pressure, or where it is escaping from. You might have to do it cold, and hot. IDK if AZ rents them or not.

ya they do, i pressure tested it and it held perfectly. was the cap. Goes to show you that you should rule out all the cheapest things first.
NO MORE CODES LEFT!!!
