need opinions

So for a while I've been hunting for a Dohc 1gn mtx car, last night I found a white 2 door that is apparently only running on 3 cylinders. Now, its only $400 and im sure they could be talked down a bit but its automatic.
Should I cough up the 400 bones and get it running or wait it out to get what I want?

depends on how much damage that front end sustained. 400 is a decent price though, what is the title condition?

Title is clear. I emailed the lady and the front end damage was from hitting a family of coons on i-94, the front fascia was broke and the plastic skid plate underneath.
