facebook users help me out

ok heres this story simplified:
1. bought pc for gaming, college, etc.
2. bad memory stick
3. turned off every night so sent it back, they didnt fix it and damaged my case
4. fixed it myself
5. ask them to replace the case because it was not made for the liquid cooling system they put in it
6. supervisor says that i could send it back and they would modify the case so it fit, which they already did half assed.
7. the end

Wow, somehow I got through reading all of that.
Cliff Notes:
1. Poster bought a prebuilt "custom" computer
2. Had problems.
3. Got it fixed.
4. Messed with the liquid cooling system because it was kind of FUBAR'd from the original build.
5. Got poor customer service.
6. Started a FB page to spread his story.

Kinda like their customer service. It matters not what you do, they will eventually hang themselves.
You can edit your post, and break it up a bit to make it easier to read, You may get better responses...

After some quick research on Google, it definetly shows these guys have a terrible reputation. I "Liked" the page but be more careful next time. And maybe change the name to iBuyPower=Ripoff?
Make twitter posts too, lol.

yea i wish i would have done a little more research.
