White and blue SRT Spotted near Indy.

Was driving east on 74 today on my way back from Indy, and noticed what look like a Commemorative Edition SRT 4 going west in the oppsite lanes. Look like a nice car White with blue stripes, black rims, and aftermarket tails, anyone know who's car it is?
