Granted, I never cheaped out on a repair and did some proactive work on the vehicle as well.
I enjoyed my Neon ownership even though it was relatively expensive compared to other vehicles I have owned.

Yeah, the car will turn over but wont start.
Replaced the crank sensor, all new plugs, wires, coil.. Unpluged the cam sensor and it still won't turn over.. The engine is getting fuel and should be getting spark (checked with test light and my dad used something else to check it).. Checked the fuses under the hood, swapped them around a million times, nothing..
I pulled the valve cover off and turned the crank by hand, the whole camshaft moves, timing belt isn't broken.. It turns with no issues..
Its very frustrating..
I wonder if this pcm took a shit... Can I use my old ATX pcm??

Since you are dumping money into something that isn't working, why not take it to a shop and say fix it.
In the end it would be cheaper than chasing your tail.
