Yours is an export. May be closer to/better than our R/T and ACR pcm's. Plus there are prolly different emissions either less or more restrictive, but for europe at that time, prolly less strict than the US Federal standard.

You guys know why the regular Neon is limited to 118 and the R/T and ACR are not, right? And this isn't limited to the Neon...all cars in the US have to follow this rule.

ive had my 03 sxt up to 120 before... not proud of it, and looking back, I would never do that now. But then again im getting married in 2 weeks, so yeah

Haha yeah, I've definitely hit more than 148 on my way to wasaga beach. Awesome back roads down there btw, nice curves and straight aways and no one chooses to use it since its the slow way
