have you got space for 2 cars?

keep the neon for hobby and get a little heap of $hit to keep the ladyfriend happy?

when i spend loads on my neon my girlfriend sometimes says 'why dont you just get a new car?'

my answers are:

1) coz i own this one
2) i enjoy fixing it
3) Its always cheaper than a new one

luckily she seems to quite enjoy repairs & mods and has been known to lend a hand on occasions.

Don't forget that no matter how long of a warranty someone gives on a new car ... you will almost NEVER get a successfull warranty claim ..

This is why I'm lucky to have found Stacey. Instead of hating my car, she bought herself an SRT-4 instead

. She also puts up with me playing hours of xbox and pc. Sounds like you need to tell your girl to chill the fuck out.

In the interest of saving space, I will say it bluntly. If you sell your car because your girlfriend doesn't like it, then you are a pussy.

With that said, if you agree with her points and you are tired of sinking money into it, then it's time to sell it, but because YOU want to, not because she wants you to. That is probably one of the nicest neons around, period. If you're afraid that she will leave you because you keep your car, then you need to leave her right now.

I see this all the time husband has to trade his whatever on an Acadia because its best fof the family but wife gets to drive whatever she wants.

Long story short there is nothing worse than a cheap new car. It will take forever to find a "value leader" chances are it will be an awful color and its never as cheap as they advertise

Hope things work out and she doesn't bother you about keeping it. I don't know if it is saying much because he's my ex now, but he sure hated Neons before I got one.. but I think he loved me or something

, and after I got one, he learned to love it and even began saying how awesome it was. He even wanted an SRT right before we broke up, when before he begged me not to get one.

Even if she couldn't learn to like it, she could just shrug and find her own hobby. Hobbies keep us sane.
