hahahaha, yeah you can. just to get the security #'s from your bank, then they gotta deposit an amount into your account which you then have to confirm.

IN other words. When you use a debit card. Paypal sends some change into your bank account. Then after it shows up. You are supposed to go back to paypal with the amounts and confirm them so they know it is a legit account. Then after you are good to go. Did I clear it up for you?

- They send you a couple cents
- You confirm it
- You then send me $300
- I then send you a formal letter saying your account is now active

and umm were also gonna need your full name, email addy, street address, card number, pin number, security code on the back, expiration date..
