ok..so a little while after i got my car...i took out my foglights. now the only reason i took them off is because one was broken..and when i boought a new set from someone on neons.org.. they sent me the wrong ones and gave me a line of bullcrap....

so i took them out, and saw that there's all the mounting stuff back there, so i fired up the dremel and took it all off along with the little sticks in my grill area....

fast forward to today

i found one of my stock fogs...the one that was good, and i cracked it open (very very easy as a mattter of fact) and i painted the housing black. and i put it back together...and i put it in my "hole" in the bumper..and i want my fogs back

so now...i need to buy a new front bumper, new sidemarkers(long story on that one), new fog lights, and a new foglight wiring harness...all because i'm as a$$hole

i need a new rear bumper too

I have ideas for my car also. But without money I can't do them right away. But I'll have the lightest weight SRT evar. Hah

i just paid my car offf, and got my insurance reduced..sooo im dying to do something. .but everything ive done to the car so far, has to be redone.. .

mopar stage 3 coilovers, to replace utter crap.
stainless steel exhaust, to replace utter crap.

and everything im buying from now on...involves months of planning and going back and forth from ideas. i have like 50 something ideas for everything...but eventually..ill hit an idea that ive done before, and ill keep going to that same idea down the line..so thats the one that's staying now

Yeah, I always have to replace crap too, like my skunk2 coilovers, and now, I want to get new wheels because I hate the way mine look now. I always love a change for my car, makes the car more fun to drive. I am getting window tint in about a week!

Im usually excited about doing a mod up until about a day after I do it. Then I get buyers remorse and wish I would of spent the money elsewhere. But do I ever learn...nope. I keep buying more mods

That is mainly my reaction on anything after $50. No I am not cheap, just not very wealthy. Bascially, thats the same way I felt about my CAI. Oh well.

I'm pretty much like everyone, I'll spend all this money on something then the next day or two I start thinking.... EH???? Will it look right, or is that the right part I want? Then after that I just come to accept it and don't really care. For instance, when I bought my wheels, I thought about it for about a week or so and was really trying to decided if I liked the way they looked or not. After that week I just said fuck it and asked Cory to put the order through for my SSRs, I got tired of thinking about it.

There's just one thing I might be kinda known for, not sure though. When I buy something I try to do it right the first time or the way I really want it. For me, instead of doing something halfass the first time then spending the money later on fixnig it, I may as well save the money and do it right the first time and not regret it later.

Right now the only thing I think I regret on my car is my coils b/c I should have wanted the few extra months for the Mopar S3s. Bah, oh well, depending on whether or not I figure out if I can afford to move out into my own apartment, I may just sell my KWs and get the Mopars in the future.

Um. Old thread BUT. Did you find a new front bumper? If so, can I call dibs on the old one!? My R/T bumper is currently in 2 pieces.

I really wish I could do that but money is always an issue. Everything on my car is 95% of what I wanted, its so frustrating. I think im going to take alittle break on my car untill the summer.

Tell me about it! I stopped modding the car for a lil bit (couple months) and I managed to save up about 3 grand, which then went into savings. Now I'm back, going performance route, and my paychecks are going to the car.... that and gas. Somehow I managed to spend $350 last month on gas alone!

So much stuff on my car is half-ass right now, it's not even funny. Half painted bumpers. Funky exhaust. Lights that don't work. WTF.
