So fedex LOST my exhuast system. weve been calling them for 3 days wondering WTF has been going on and why the web tracking dealy hasnt been updated since the 12th. i ordered this shit 2 weeks ago!!!! fuck!!!! im seriously thinkin about filing a lawsuit, were talkin about a $500 order here and im NOT happy. somebody fan me im hyperventilating-

Didnt you have insurance on it through fedex? if you did, then they have to reimburse you or something, since its thier fault it got lost. but that does suck...Id be mad too!

FedEx should reimburse you for it if you file a claim.

Closet thing I had happen to me like that is I bought a JSP CF hood from canada and it arrived damage and left laying in the middle of the driveway and no one was home to sign for it. Opened it up and the corners were damaged. Called the freight company and told them, filed a claim and since I didn't sign for it, it didn't look like I ever got it so it looked lost to them. Couple weeks later I got a check for the cost of the hood and even got to keep the damaged hood which is pretty much fixable haha.

I think there is an automatic coverage for up to $500. Anything more that that you must state on the shipping label and pay alittle extra for insurance.....as far as I know.

the company i ordered it from (machonecar.com) fully insures all packages, and im waiting on an email regarding the details on that. fuck fedex, ups has always been better to me. apparantly machone has to deal with fedex, and somewhere along the line i get either my exhaust reshipped (after fedex reemburses machone), or ill get my money back from fedex. either way im so pissed.

that sucks.... well look on the bright side at least it wont do much since you dont have the mods..

Hmmm. UPS is the one i have problems with and prefer fed-ex myself. UPS "dropped off a package at my door step while nobody was home" where interestingly enough 3 people WERE home (gauranteed), but the package never showed up. Was going to file a claim, but a copper block for $30 wasnt worth the time. I was pissed, and didnt want to deal with it.

Anywho, it took 3 weeks for my hotchkis setup to get here (wasnt lost, but doesnt mean i was patient!)... But came out to be FULLY worth it!

I use to work for fedex, the home delivery part of it. And I have to say, the others drivers were very careless. They didn't care if a package was signed for or not. They would leave the package whereever, cause if that packaged was off their truck and was showing as delivered in their system...they got paid for it. I never did anything like that, I'd keep it on my truck rather then a lawsuit come up.

I don't know if UPS drivers get paid per package like Fedex, but looking behind the scenes at Fedex..I won't ever ship with them.

Nope they were screwing me on pay. Saying I didn't deliver packages when I did, saying they had a contractor that wanted me to work for them, and then nothing. When I was hired they said I would be working my area since I knew it, and wouldn't get lost. Not once did I work my area, except for training.

One day I had enough of their BS, they loaded me up with a crap load of packages onto a even crappier truck, told me there was no scanner so to just drop off the packages (well then how were they going to know if packages were dropped off, since it wasn't being tracked...and more importantly how was I going to get paid per package?). Then they said if I needed help to call them and they would send someone out to help me and take half of my load. So I did. And they said, well just keep going. No help. So I said f*ck you guys and quit.

There was a bunch of other things, but this is a long enough post.
