I know that Vauxhall was GM there in the UK- perhaps that model might have been reskinned/rebadged and available from GM here in North America? Yeah, I'd have to Google that one and the Rover models. Oops...

First vehicle, an 86 2.8 V-6 S-10. 4WD, 4-speed trans, 3.73 gears. I miss it so bad. I traded it for my 4th car, an NYG that was a rusty POS that I currently own again that's a shell.

In order though:

1)86 Chevy S-10 2.8 V-6 4spd, 4WD, no options
2)85 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme 307 V-8, rust bucket from NJ
3)05 SXT MTX - bought with 7 miles 3/29/05 sold 10/10 with 115K on it
4)Dodge Ram 350 15 passenger van
5)95 Plymouth NYG (Sold 12/07, re bought 9/11)
6)98 Neon SOHC coupe
7)Dodge Dakota 4wd 4.7
8)95 NYG ACR
9)74 Dodge Dart Swinger 318 v-8 (rusty and slow)
10)04 SRT-4
11)96 Dodge ACR sedan - drove for 2 weeks, broke timing belt, sold
12)Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab 4WD hemi
13)89 VW GTi 16V

^as much as I can. I've had it out on the beach and dunes south of Corpus Christi as well as out in some mud pits south of town. It's a blast, even stock it does pretty good. For the mud, it will definitely need new tires and maybe a lift, but for everything else it's a great little truck. I can't wait to take it north and play in the snow.

It has a locking system but not a full locker. It uses friction to stop unwanted wheel slip instead of an out and out locker. Maybe a few years down the road I will add the lockers and lift it a few inches and see where it can go.

Gramps, you called it, that is the University Building at Purdue. It's my favorite picture that I've taken. Would have been better if the fountain would have been going in the background. I do miss that car.

It was June of 2011. I was on my way back form Camp Pendleton to Pensacola, Florida. I decided to stop by when I saw the building. I wasn't able to to run since only a couple of people were there, but I did get to see a Venom GT. That car looks even better in person.
