Hits keep coming...need a personal life release moment

Well, the hits keep coming.... My dad about a mth ago had several strokes and the clots are all the way into his brain so the doctors cannot do anything to help him. So on Tuesday nite I went up to see him at 10pm. He was really bad. At 10:42pm my wife phoned me telling me that I had to get home cause the house was on fire. I raced home. Only to find my home, and everything in it fullin engulfed in flames. We have lost EVERTHING but a few things like the laptop with all the baby pics, the flat screen tv and some models of mine. So were working on finding a new place cause local family, friends, business, the fire dept. in the wifes hometown and my bosses at my jobs have gotten us EVERYHING to replace it and it's ALL brand new....we didn't have that before. Now i'm searching for a home. Were all ok. everyone in the 7 apartments got out (10ppl in total)

I am gonna add a link to the local news article. My bedroom the the addition that is in the roof at the back. we had the Entire second floor.
The wife did AMAZING!!! the article has the details of what she did.

As bad as your house going on fire, its really nice to see a community come together to help like that. Glad everyone was safe, i hope everything works out for you.

Thanks Everyone. But It got a bit worse..... My dad passes away on the 6th from complications to His strokes and in ablility to eat or drink. He refused IV's and had a DNR. It is hard that he is gone, especially at this time. But I know he's still with me.

I'm still looking for a home and the community totally came through for my family and ppl in my building. I got an entire living room, bedroom set from a furniture store we deal with. Family gave us a brand new kitchen table/chair set. Family and friends poored out the money too us. (over 5k) now and going. It's helped alot with everything we've had happen.

I'm gonna try and get back on more now. well when things settle a bit more. Hope to post more and talk more with everyone here soon.

Thanks guys....well here's some good news finally. We found a place thats a 2bdrm, 900sq/ft and it's $925 all incl./mth and round this city that is AMAZING!! the property manager had us move her about 2yrs ago and was finacially straped for cash and I gave her a HUGE discount on her move (almost $300) and she didn't forget it when I msgd her on Kijiji. and told her what happened. She waived First/Last and all the red tape paper work and told me that the unit is available June 1st and I pay rent and move in. And well I move in June 2nd. Guys at my moving company are volunteering their time. So life is feeling like it's sorta back on track. Just wish My dad was here to see how I coped with all this. But I know he's watching.
