no I missed it. I posted it on the ontehr org as well. I even looked to see if somebody had already mentioned it.

I wish they had more pics of the engine...and it would have been nice if they would have included how long it took him to build it and how much $$$.

I just want to see a non srt4 neon is the Ultimate Street Car Challenge. It would definatley max out the starting price catagory!

I loved the article and i would have loved to see more pics. i didnt see a muffler/exhaust from the rear, did u guys see what he had? man 400whp on a 2.0 that shits gotta be so fast. hes got shocks, pegs, luckkkkky... lol

Read the article last night. Long overdue if you asked me. I get sick of looking at cars only a select few could ever own. Sometimes i think they should call the mag: Little-Expensive-Undriveable-Japanese-Carbon-Fiber-Transforming Robot-Compact-Car
Then again, still a good mag in the editorial sense. Love stump the geek...............

Read the article in the grocery store tonight, it's cool to see a 2gn in there, especially a 2gn like that.

Slightly OT but how long has SCC been that small of a magazine? I remember it being bigger a year or two ago when I used to read it.

I dont normally read SCC, i tend to stick w/ HCI and Honda tuning and, but i alwys look at the new issues to see if theres anything interesting....bought this one today, and read it durning break at school good article, nice pics, and a very nice car!

scc owns hci IMO, but ill agree about HT. modified is also cool. i read all of em who am i kidding, i LOVE magazines!

HCI>SCC..ive been reading it for almost 3 years, the only magazine (besides HT) that ill read cover to cover, everything I normally just look at the pictures and read maybe one or 2 articles in SCC or superstreet, but i HATE superstreet...its like if you dont know their little inside jokes, you cant understand a word of what they are saying or refering too

That's jsut my luck, my SCC subscription just ended this month, so I didn't get the latest one, meh.

Just picked this issue up yesterday after I read that Roach's car was in it. This car is pure bad ass. The only things that I saw were the incorrect engine code (this has been beaten to death on the .org), and it also says under the Specs column that it has a Neon R/T cluster in it, but the speedo in the pic is a 120. He used to have a stock wing on it too. I liked it better with it.

New steering wheel would be the finishing touch on that bad boy.

didnt it say 'srt wing' in the mods listing, but his car is wingless in the pics? lots of mistakes i forgot the rest. still sick car.

After submitting his info to SCC and the article is written the car is photographed, things change over time. Especially his car. I don't care what parts they listed. A friggin' Neon that will eat Vettes in the quarter is in SCC instead of a Skyline.

the 2.0 part, as jonny said, is the icing on the cake. makes me proud! maybe someday i will drop in a turbo for the ol 2.0, but thats not for awhile. i was lookin for like 250whp max, but 400 is a bit mucho for a street car that weighs less than 2800 lbs.

I like reading D-sport, and super street. But every1 read and like different things. and about roach 400hp sohc neon..thats shit is sick. Its funny i live in south FL and i neva saw his car. He even dyno @ my boy shop (speed injected) but still neva saw it. Hopefully 1 day i'll see it and tell him very good job.

Anyone else like the EVO X(thats TEN btw) article? I really like it, but it doesnt have that "tuner" affect to it, to me at least. It looks more like a stylish sedan.
Oh, and I read the neon article, but the pictures of the car were not the best IMO.
