I don't know if it had been discussed on this forum but I had read about it on allpar.com. Wish that I had visited there before the facility closed but never had the chance. :cry:

This is sad to hear. :(

IF they state that a 'renovation' is planned, could the closure be a part of that?
Perhaps they can relocate to a less-expensive facility ??

Less expensive? Chrysler owns the building and property already...

It will reopen in the same building after its redesigned to house the vehicles better, but only for "special event occasions"

Well, I was thinking in terms of paying for heating, electric, etc.

:( That's upsetting. I never got to go. Apparently a bunch of concept cars had neon k-frames in there.
