opinions about something...

Post by scneonchic » Mon Feb 27, 2006 4:25 pm

normally I ABSOLUTELY HATE THREADS LIKE THIS!! but im out of ideas and in desperate need of some new wheels by march 25th....so any ideas anyone?

17x7 or 7.5 ONLY, no higher, no lower

prefer a polished lip, and only gunmetal or bronze/gold. no silver

Ive been thinking on the mesh look...but nothing too busy....I dunno, im just flat out of ideas and i need to decide on something

7.5 - gunmetal - with polish lip would look nice . . . I REALLY like that look

Not a big mesh fan . . . for the most part

These are going on the blue car, I'm assuming? :) No mesh. Do you have any kind of budget or is a sponsor paying for these? I'm a fan of 5 spoke wheels, myself... Lil' biased. :D

It's kinda a toss up between the BBS RGR and the RS-GT. Both in Diamond Black.
Leaning more towards the RS-GT. Thats what is in the link.

yes, i would be selling them, but no idea how i would ship them just yet. Im checking into getting them resurfaced. If I can do that, Ill hold off on new wheels till fall more than likely....

Brad: here are the new work emotions:
http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1533235&page=1
pics were too big to post up, they are nice, I just think the lip is too big for a neon, they look good on nissans though

Anonymous: those are the volk gt-u's right? that was my very first choice. more of a 'rare' volk, and will fit my car, but the mesh pattern didnt flow like i wanted :(
Image

Linkin: the BBS RGR's are NiCE!! :) I like the bronze ones, those were one of the ones I was considering, but not sure if I want to spend quite that much. Looking into them though.

If you got bronze wheels you should put them on the other car.....I dont think that Bronze would look good on the Blue......but then again you never know

I am leaning twards one of these 2 but I also like the stock R/T's that I have and these are pretty much exact replicas just upgarded........oh wait BBS does make my rims.......:0)

Put them on the brown car and leave your beutiful car alone! Those would look cool on the browny, w/ C/F SRT hood and trunk, blacked out windows, R/T skirts , and SRT bumper.
The blue car looks smooth without the Mr.T wheels.

Just my opinion., but I like Olive Drab drag cars so consider the source. I'd stay away from JDM look wheels on a car that isn't JDM lookin.
Your car smooth, stylish in its own way, and looks intimidating. Focus your addiction on the new car!
