To be honest I probably saw it somewhere and pulled it out of the old archive of useless info in my head. There are some others included in E3E's request for ideas. I still love mine:

I've gotta bump this to see if there are any new ideas 
I'm going to be getting my SC plates here in a week or so. Well I already have SC plates but they're nothing special so I wanna go back and get something better.
Some of these ideas are pretty damn good, a few of which I may use The problem I find with using Diablo and Angel is that Angel looks kinda ghey when it's not sitting right next to the black car and makes a little more sense, instead it just looks girly haha.
I have to remember that this is the bible belt down here where everyone is a religious nut so I'd like to avoid getting my car keyed having something like 666 on the rear of the car X32 IARO is awesome but I don't run a front plate so no one would have a clue what it says unless they stared at it for a few min trying to figure it out haha.
I'm down to almost just using
DIABLO1 and DIABLO2
2GN ORG but I dunno what for the other one
FAST RT and SLOW RT
ASLEEP and AWAKE
I dunno if they'd let me have it but I also though of. LFT NUT and RHT NUT
Anyone still have some suggestions?

Yah I kinda doubt many would like that but I really think the race thing is a bigger issue in Cincinnati than down here and I was very surprised considering this is South Carolina, the state that wanted to break away from the Union and set off the Civil war. But yah, kinda doubt many would be pleased with me driving around with a plate that says NEEGA for the plate haha. Just wouldn't send a good message and I might as well toss a huge confederate flag up on my rear window, wear some hunting camo and install a gun rack in the back seat.
