Wow - Nice find! Definitely some helpful information... Sounds like the best bet is to just not buy them off eBay.

Good find, leads me right back to my theory that ebay was taken over by crooks and militants about 5 years ago!

Nice find -- but now the counterfitters know how to make them look "more real".

YIKES! That is shitty.

Spoon and other places have replaced parts that were counterfit with real parts because they wanted to keep a good customer.

And for what it is worth, Tein is not all that wonderful as far as suspension stuff goes. They may have full page full color ads in all the magazines and have the cool logo and all that, but there are better springs out there for your car. Maybe not Neons in particular, but if I was a discriminating WRX or RX-7 or some other Japanese car owner, I would opt for something better than Tein.
